Fruit Salad
A colourful bowl of juicy melon, berries, grapes and citrus, lightly dressed with lime and mint for an easy breakfast, snack or fresh finish to a family meal.

Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 1 lime
- 1 tbsp honey
- 300g watermelon, cut into bite-size cubes
- 250g strawberries, hulled and halved
- 200g seedless grapes, halved
- 100g extra seedless grapes, halved
- 150g blueberries
- 10g fresh mint leaves, finely sliced
Instructions
- Finely grate 1 tsp zest from the lime, then squeeze the juice from the orange and lime into a large serving bowl. Whisk in the honey and lime zest until combined.
- Add the watermelon, strawberries, grapes and blueberries. Gently toss until all the fruit is lightly coated in the citrus dressing.
- Fold through most of the mint, reserving a little to scatter over the top. Taste and add a little more lime juice if you prefer a sharper flavour.
- Serve straight away, or cover and chill for up to 2 hours. Sprinkle with the reserved mint just before serving.
